How do I know which plan I need?
If you're shipping your first orders, start on Starter. If you're doing ₹50L+ GMV or syncing marketplace plugins, you'll want Growth. If you're north of ₹5Cr GMV, running a 1,500+ SKU catalogue, or need a self-hosted engine, talk to us about Scale.
Can I move between plans?
Anytime, in either direction, with no data migration on your part. Your store, theme, plugins, customers, and order history travel with you.
Will payments to my customers stop working if I change plans?
No. Razorpay, UPI, and COD run inside your store regardless of your Aeonzap plan. Settlement goes to your bank, not ours — we never touch the money.
Can I migrate from Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes — we'll do it for you. Average migration: 48 hours from kickoff to switch-over, including catalogue, customers, orders (last 24 months), metafields, redirects, and DNS. We've done 60+ migrations.
Is my data portable?
Always. CSV, JSON, and SQL dump exports are one click in the admin. Engine merchants own the database outright. We don't hold data hostage.
What about GST e-invoicing?
CGST/SGST/IGST split, HSN auto-mapping, and place-of-supply ship today. IRP integration for e-invoice (B2B over ₹5Cr turnover) is on the Q2 2026 roadmap; we're a registered ASP.
Can I self-host Engine?
Yes, on the Scale plan. One-line install on EC2, Render, DigitalOcean, or any Node 20 + MySQL 8 host. Your DB, your servers, no phone-home. Source available under a fair-use license.
Do you offer phone support?
Email + chat across all plans, 9am–10pm IST, 7 days. Median first response on Growth is 47 minutes; Scale customers get a 15-minute SLA and a named CSM. Dedicated phone support lands with Scale.
What's your uptime?
99.97% rolling-30-day. Status at /status. Engineering on-call 24×7, paged within 5 minutes of any p95 regression. Public post-mortem within 72 hours of any incident.
Are you SOC 2 compliant?
Type I in audit (June 2026). Type II targeted Q3 2026. ISO 27001 in parallel. We can share the SOC 2 readiness report under NDA today.
