SDKs (Node & PHP)

Typed clients for the two runtimes Indian shops actually use.

Both SDKs wrap the REST API, handle retries, and ship typed request/response models.

Versioning

SDKs follow semver and pin to a REST API version. Bump the SDK to pick up a new API surface.
