We're rebuilding the merchant-side WhatsApp tools — automatic order updates, customer broadcasts, templates, and the conversation inbox — into one clean workflow you don't have to think about.
You don't need to do anything. Your store's existing WhatsApp notifications (order confirmation, dispatch, delivery) continue to flow through the Aeonzap central number.
What still works today
- Automatic order notifications — your customers get order placed, paid, dispatched, and delivered messages on WhatsApp without you doing anything.
- WhatsApp Owner Bot — DM the Aeonzap WhatsApp number to look up orders, change stock, and mark orders paid / shipped from your phone.
- WhatsApp OTPs & account claim — customers continue to verify on WhatsApp at checkout.
